I just wished the Viltrox had WR and I wish the sigma had a aperture ring. I want to sell the 50 f2 and maybe pick up the 56 1.2. Unfortunately the 56 f/1.2 isn't WR either, nice aperture ring though. With all these new 56mm offerings now being available, there ought to be some good used deals on the original Fuji 56.
Fuji 56mm F1.2 lens at f/1.2 of 4 or 5 second exposures untracked off a fixed tripod. These are all full frame with no cropping. A bit of post processing and a resize for uploading though Wasn't a particularly dark sky site. Just from my backyard with the light pollution of a small rural town as evident from the underside of the clouds been
Sigma has finally dipped its toes into the X-mount waters with its APS-C prime lens trio. The Sigma 56mm f/1.4 could be an excellent alternative to Fuji’s own 56mm f/1.2 lens. At a little under half the cost of the Fuji 56mm f/1.2, the Sigma 56mm f/1.4 DC DN is positioned to be an amazing bargain for Fuji photographers. I’ve been able to

The 56mm lens actually felt good on this small camera, and not front-heavy or out of proportion. For this test, I only shot at f/1.2 with the idea that if you buy this lens, it is to be used mostly wide open like that. So we will look briefly at the sharpness and the bokeh. 1/500 @ f/1.2 @ 800 ISO.
From around F2.8 until about F8, both the 90mm F2 and 56mm F1.2 WR performed extremely well. This is for both the center and corner sharpness. The 90mm F2 probably peaks in sharpness around F4-F5.6, and the 56mm F1.2 performs the best around F4. Where the sharpness begins to change again is around F8.
Fuji 50mm f/2 has good neutral bokeh. Not very creamy due to the aperture but well managed and rarely distracting. Bokeh seemed very good on the Viltrox, smoother due to the aperture + slightly longer focal lenght. I use only old generation cameras (X-T1, X-Pro1 and a few others). I never had any problem with the Fuji.

Kích thước ô lấy nét luôn để nhỏ nhất. Riêng bài test bokeh thì ngoài “đấu” ở f/2 với f/2 (đương nhiên) thì có so thêm XF 56 ở f/1.2 với XF 50 ở f/2 (để thấy cái “giá” của khẩu lớn f1.2). 5. Cố gắng chụp nhiều thể loại: Chân dung (ưu tiên là dĩ nhiên), cây cỏ hoa
And lenses such as a 56mm f/1.2 are really meant to be used at fully open aperture for separating an object from the rest of the world. Unfortunately, the extra glory comes at a price - the Fujinon XF 56mm f/1.2 R is already fairly expensive at 1000US$ and the APD adds an extra 500US$ to the bill. Typical for most Fujinon lenses, the build
